I didn't want to spoil the natural taste of the wagyu beef so I marinated it with only ginger juice. Place the slices of wagyu beef on the bowl, make sure the congee is boiling hot and pour it over the beef.
The heat of the congee will actually cooked the beef. Give it a good stir after 2 minutes, a dash of pepper...and ATTACK!!!! OOoo.....just can't describe how tender the meat was and the beef juice really enhance the sweetness of the congee.
